1) It's still possible to purchase resale 3 bedders EC with $800k or less.
These are located in Woodlands, Yishun etc. Will you be keen?

2) Usually most major banks dont grant housing loan for those projects located along the "even" lorong in Geylang.

If you are keen, I can get my bankers from Hong Leong finance to assist you with your mortgage application.
